En accompagnant les personnes gravement malade en soins palliatifs et en fin de vie et leurs proches dans les diff\u00e9rents milieux de vie, selon les r\u00e9gions : \u00e0 domicile, en r\u00e9sidence priv\u00e9e pour a\u00een\u00e9s, en CHSLD, \u00e0 l\u2019unit\u00e9 de soins palliatifs de l\u2019h\u00f4pital ou dans une maison de soins palliatifs. Les accompagnements se font l\u00e0 o\u00f9 le besoin se manifeste;

  2. En vous impliquant dans les diff\u00e9rents comit\u00e9s, au sein du conseil d’administration ou dans les autres activit\u00e9s de notre organisme pour la formation, le soutien aux accompagnants b\u00e9n\u00e9voles et la vie associative.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n
